Travel Fees
Any job requiring travel 15 miles and over from our office location is assessed a travel charge. The charges below apply. There is no charge under 15 miles. Parking fees, if any, are not included in the travel fee.
- 0 to 14.9 miles 0.00 (29 miles round trip)
- 15 miles 20.00 (30 miles round trip)
- 20 miles 25.00 (40 miles round trip)
- 25 miles 30.00 (50 miles round trip)
- 30 miles 35.00 (60 miles round trip)
- over 30 miles (60 round trip) will be quoted, depending on distance and travel time.
Canopy Rental/Fee:
For all outdoor events, a canopy is required to protect our photo booth equipment from sun, rain, wind, and other weather conditions.
We can provide a canopy for an additional $50 rental fee for the duration of the event.
Clients may provide their own canopy to avoid this fee. Any client-provided canopy must be fully set up and ready for use before our scheduled setup time and must provide adequate coverage and protection for the photo booth equipment.
If an adequate canopy is not available at the time of setup, the $50 canopy rental fee will apply if we are required to provide one.
For the safety of our equipment and guests, PhotoCue reserves the right to delay, relocate, or discontinue outdoor photo booth service if weather conditions are unsafe or if adequate protection cannot be provided.
Parking Fees:
Any parking fees associated with the event are the responsibility of the client. This includes parking garages, paid lots, meters, valet parking, or other required parking charges.
If free parking is not available, any parking expenses incurred by PhotoCue while providing services for the event will be added to the client's remaining balance.
If the venue offers complimentary or validated vendor parking, the client may arrange this in advance to avoid additional parking charges.
